Citobet reserves the right to amend or update these Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the Website.
General Bonus Terms and Conditions
1.1. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Citobet promotions page and form an integral part of these Bonus Terms and Conditions.
1.2. By participating in any promotion and/or accepting any bonus offered by Citobet, the player confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the applicable promotion-specific terms, as well as these General Bonus Terms and Conditions.
1.3. If a player has any questions regarding a promotion, including eligibility criteria or applicable terms, they may contact Citobet Customer Support for clarification prior to participation.
1.4. In the event of any dispute relating to a promotion or bonus, the decision of Citobet shall be final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
1.5. Citobet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and/or associated winnings if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to circumvent the applicable terms and conditions, including but not limited to irregular or risk-free betting strategies, hedging, or the use of multiple accounts.
1.6. Players are responsible for reviewing the Bonus Terms and Conditions on a regular basis. Citobet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and it is the player's responsibility to stay informed of any updates.
1.7. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
1.8. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus per promotion is permitted per player, household, IP address, device, and/or payment method. Citobet reserves the right to investigate and close accounts identified as duplicates or linked accounts, and to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained through such accounts.
1.9. A bonus is credited to a separate bonus wallet, distinct from the player's real money balance. The bonus wallet is subject to the applicable wagering requirements and withdrawal restrictions; the real money balance stays withdrawable unless the applicable promotion terms state otherwise.
1.10. Players may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting Customer Support. Any request to remove an active bonus must be made prior to placing any bets using the bonus funds. Once wagering has commenced, the bonus may no longer be removed.
1.11. Unless otherwise specified, the minimum deposit required to qualify for any deposit bonus is 20 EUR, 20 USD or 20 GBP, or the equivalent in another supported currency.
1.12. Unless otherwise stated, every bonus, the Welcome Bonus included, is subject to a wagering requirement of forty (40) times the bonus amount before the bonus funds and the winnings derived from them are released to the real money balance.
1.13. If a withdrawal request is submitted prior to the completion of the applicable wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and all winnings derived from the bonus shall be forfeited.
1.14. Unless otherwise stated, when a bonus is active, gameplay will utilize the player's real money balance first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.15. If a player loses both the deposited funds and the bonus balance before completing the applicable wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements shall be considered fulfilled and the bonus shall expire.
1.16. Upon successful completion of the wagering requirements, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it shall be converted into real money and transferred to the player's main account balance, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
1.17. Unless otherwise stated, players are not eligible to receive reload bonuses while having pending withdrawal requests.
1.18. Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Citobet reserves the right to monitor player activity and to take appropriate action in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to irregular play patterns, hedging, or risk-free betting strategies. In such cases, Citobet may, at its sole discretion, cancel or confiscate any bonus and/or associated winnings, suspend or close the player's account, void any relevant transactions, and/or restrict the player from participating in future promotions, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
1.19. While a bonus is active, these Bonus Terms and Conditions shall apply to the player's entire account balance, including both real money and bonus funds.
1.20. Citobet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude any player from participating in promotions at any time.
1.21. Different game types contribute differently towards the fulfillment of wagering requirements. A 100% contribution means that the full amount wagered is counted towards the wagering requirement (e.g., a €/$10 bet contributes €/$10).
1.22. The wagering contribution of eligible game types is as follows:
- Casino games (slots, table games and live casino): 100%, unless the applicable promotion limits the bonus to specific games or studios
- Sportsbook: 0%
Bonus Wagering Requirements
2.1. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, also referred to as "playthrough" or "rollover" requirements. These requirements define the total amount a player must wager before any bonus funds and/or winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
2.2. The contribution of different games or game categories towards wagering requirements may vary depending on the promotion. The applicable contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotion-specific terms and conditions.
