Is the VIP Club available to all players?

Yes, every registered player automatically starts earning progress towards Bronze from their first wager.

What rewards do I get as a VIP?

Depending on your tier, you'll receive weekly and monthly bonuses, cashback on play, level-up rewards, and — from Platinum — daily bonuses and reloads.

How is cashback calculated?

Cashback (rakeback) is based on your wagering activity and paid out according to your tier.

Do VIP bonuses expire?

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the Citobet VIP Club.

The Citobet VIP Club

The VIP Club rewards regular play with benefits that grow as you climb. There is nothing to apply for: every player is enrolled the moment the account is opened, and progress is measured on one number, the total amount wagered across casino and sportsbook. Play the games you like, and the tiers take care of themselves. The guide to the VIP tiers goes through the levels and the rewards in detail.

Four tiers

Bronze, from 7,000 USD wagered: weekly and monthly reward bonuses, cashback on play, and a bonus on every level-up.
Silver, from 35,000 USD wagered: the same benefits at higher values.
Gold, from 70,000 USD wagered: bonus values keep growing with each level.
Platinum, from 150,000 USD wagered: daily bonuses, reloads, and a dedicated host who knows your play and looks after your VIP journey.

Cashback on play

Cashback is a percentage of your wagering returned to you, paid according to your tier. It is credited whether the session went well or badly, so a rough run still puts something back.

Weekly and monthly rewards

Every week and every month, the club credits a reward based on the play of that period. The more you play, the larger the reward, and higher tiers earn a better rate on the same activity. Rewards appear on your bonuses page, once you are signed in, with their own terms.

Level-up bonuses

Reaching a new tier pays a one-off bonus. The size grows with the tier, so the step from Gold to Platinum is worth more than the step from Bronze to Silver.

A dedicated host at Platinum

Platinum members get a named host as their direct point of contact for tailored bonuses, faster support and offers built around how they like to play.

How to move up faster

Every real-money bet counts, in the casino and on the sportsbook. Slots, live casino, table games and crash games all contribute. Public promotions add bonus funds to play with, and the wagering you do with them counts too.

Play within your limits

VIP rewards are a thank-you for regular play, never a reason to play beyond your means. Deposit, loss and session limits are available on the responsible gambling page and apply to VIP accounts in exactly the same way.
