Casino promotions at Citobet

Promotions at Citobet are built around one idea: a bonus should be easy to understand and easy to use. Every offer on this page states what you get, what you need to do, and the wagering that applies. The full rules are always one click away in the Bonus Terms and Conditions.

The welcome bonus

New players start with a 100% match on the first deposit, up to 500 EUR, on the casino welcome bonus. Deposit, claim the offer, and the bonus is credited on top of your own balance. The bonus is released to real money once you have played through the wagering requirement shown on the offer. Once you are signed in, you can follow the progress at any time on your bonuses page.

Reload, weekly and seasonal offers

Beyond the welcome bonus, this page changes with the calendar: reload bonuses on a deposit such as the weekend reload, weekly offers like provider of the week, and seasonal packs around holidays and big sporting events. Each promotion has its own start and end date, so check back regularly. An offer that has ended disappears from this page rather than lingering with a dead button.

How to claim a promotion

1. Sign in, or open an account in under a minute.
2. Open the promotion and read the offer headline and its terms.
3. Make the qualifying deposit, or press the claim button for offers that need none.
4. The bonus appears on your bonuses page with its wagering progress.

Fair rules, applied the same way for everyone

Wagering counts real bets on eligible games. How much each game category contributes is listed in the bonus terms. Every bonus has an expiry period that starts when the bonus becomes active, and some offers carry a maximum win, stated on the offer, above which winnings are not paid out. None of this is hidden: what applies to an offer is written on the offer.

VIP rewards on top

Promotions are open to everyone. Members of the VIP Club receive weekly and monthly rewards, cashback on play and level-up bonuses on top of the public offers listed here.

Click in. Take off.

Play responsibly

A bonus is extra play, not extra income. Set a deposit limit before you claim an offer, and use the tools on our responsible gambling page whenever you need a break. Citobet is operated by Gamerly Holding Ltd under a licence issued by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority.
