KYC Requirements

When a user makes an aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 2000 (in the respective currency equivalent), or requests a withdrawal of any amount on citobet.com, which is owned by Gamerly Holding Ltd (a limited liability company registered in the Autonomous Island of Anjouan with company registration number 16003 and registered address at PO Box 1212, Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros), it is compulsory for them to complete a full KYC process.

During this process, the user must enter some basic details about themselves and then upload:

  • A copy of a government-issued photo ID (in some cases front and back, depending on the document);
  • A selfie of themselves holding the ID document;
  • A bank statement or utility bill not older than three months, stating their current residential address.

Once uploaded, the user receives a "Temporarily Approved" status. The documents are then with us, and the KYC Team has 24 hours to review them and email the user about the outcome:

  • Approval;
  • Rejection;
  • More information needed (no change in status).

While on "Temporarily Approved" status, the user:

  • May use the platform normally;
  • Cannot deposit more than EUR 500 (in the respective currency equivalent) in aggregate total;
  • Cannot complete any withdrawal.

Bank Card Verification

If a deposit was made using a bank card, we may request a photo of both sides of the card (the CVC code must not be visible) in order to verify that the card belongs to the user.

Restricted Jurisdictions

You must not use the Service if you are a resident of, or are accessing the Website from, any of the following countries:

  • Austria
  • France and its territories
  • Germany
  • Netherlands and its territories
  • Spain
  • Union of Comoros
  • United Kingdom
  • USA and its territories
  • All FATF-blacklisted countries, and any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority.

AML and Compliance Procedures

In order to apply AML and compliance procedures, we may request proof of your income (with a certified translation into English), the statement of the payment system through which the deposit was made, or other documents we consider necessary in each case.

We may also require you to complete a video or telephone interview.

Guideline for the KYC Process

Proof of ID

  • Signature is present;
  • Full name matches the client's name;
  • Document does not expire within the next 3 months;
  • Holder is over 18 years of age.

Proof of Residence

  • Bank statement or utility bill;
  • Full name matches the client's name and the proof of ID;
  • Date of issue within the last 3 months.

Selfie with ID

  • Holder is the same as in the ID document above;
  • ID document is the same as in the Proof of ID step (photo and ID number must match).

Banking / Payment Card

  • Photo of both sides is provided;
  • No CVC code is visible;
  • The name, card numbers, and other details are shown.

Notes on the KYC Process

When the KYC process is unsuccessful, the reason is documented and a support ticket is created in the system. The ticket number, together with an explanation, is communicated back to the user. Once all proper documents are in our possession, the account is approved.

Other AML Measures

KYC Failure

If a user has not passed full KYC, they cannot make additional deposits or withdrawals of any amount, and their account may be closed within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Successful KYC

If a user has passed the KYC process successfully:

  • Deposit limits: there is a deposit limit per transaction (maximum EUR 2000 in the respective currency equivalent).
  • Withdrawal review: prior to any withdrawal, there is a detailed algorithmic and manual check on the user's activity and balance to confirm that the amount withdrawn results from proper activity on the platform.

Transfers Between Users

Under no circumstances may a user transfer funds directly to another user.

Additional Documentation

We reserve the right to request any additional documents we consider necessary and adequate in each case.
