Every withdrawal at Citobet follows the same path. You request it in your account, we check it once, and the money goes back to where it came from. This guide covers what we check, how long each step takes, and the things that make a payout stop.
Where to request a withdrawal
Sign in, open your account and select Withdraw. Choose the method, enter the amount, confirm the destination and submit. The request shows up in your transaction history straight away with its status, so you can follow it without asking anyone.
Verification happens once
Before your first withdrawal is approved, we verify your identity. That is a one-time check. You will not be asked for documents again unless your account details change, or a regulator or a security check requires it. The rule is written in the withdrawal policy and in the KYC policy.
The four documents we ask for
Upload them in the Verification section of your account, or send them to customer support.
- Valid photo identification. A passport, a driving licence or a national ID card, not expired, clearly showing your full name, your photograph and your date of birth.
- A selfie holding that same ID. The person in the selfie has to be the person on the document, and the ID in your hand has to be the one you uploaded, with the same photo and the same number.
- Card verification, if you deposited by card. The front and the back of the card, with only the first six and the last four digits visible and the CVV covered. A recent card statement is accepted when you cannot photograph the card. If you used several cards, each one may need checking.
- Proof of address dated within the last three months. A utility bill, a bank statement or a credit card statement showing your full name and your address, with all four corners visible. Mobile phone bills are not accepted. Neither are statements from online-only banks such as Revolut, Monzo, N26 and Wise.
Files must be JPEG, TIFF or PDF, up to 1 MB each, and up to 10 MB in a single email.
How long it takes
The KYC team reviews the documents and emails you the outcome within 24 hours. Once verification is approved, the payout time belongs to the payment provider rather than to us. Large requests can take up to five business days.
The money goes back the way it came
Where possible, a withdrawal is paid to a method you have already deposited with, and the method must be in your own name. A card, an account or a wallet belonging to somebody else is rejected. In some cases we have to pay out by an alternative method to meet a regulatory requirement, and that adds a delay.

Limits
You can request a withdrawal at any time, within these limits:
- 10,000 EUR or USD per day
- 50,000 EUR or USD per week
- 100,000 EUR or USD per calendar month
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own limits on top of ours.
An active bonus has to be finished first
If a bonus is active on your account, its wagering requirement must be complete before you withdraw. Until then, the bonus amount and the winnings made with it sit in your bonus balance rather than in your real balance. The Bonus Terms and Conditions state the wagering multiplier for each offer and how much each game category contributes toward it.
What delays or stops a withdrawal
- Verification is not finished. Cut-off, expired or unreadable documents are the usual reason.
- A bonus is still being wagered.
- The payment method is not yours, or it belongs to a company. Third-party and corporate methods are not allowed.
- The account shows suspected fraud, bonus abuse or irregular activity. Those requests can be delayed, restricted or declined.
- Verification is left undone for 180 days after we ask for it. At that point the account can be suspended or closed and the remaining balance can be forfeited under the AML policy.
You can cancel a pending request
A withdrawal can be cancelled by you while it is still waiting to be processed. Once processing has started it is on its way and cannot be recalled.
Questions
Do I have to verify my identity for every withdrawal?
No. It is one check. After it is approved, later withdrawals go straight to processing unless something on the account changes.
Can I withdraw to a card I have not deposited with?
Where possible the payout goes back to a method you deposited with. Any method you use has to be registered in your own name.
Why is my withdrawal still pending?
The two common reasons are a verification still under review, which is answered within 24 hours, and a bonus with wagering left on it. A large amount can also sit for up to five business days.
How fast is the first withdrawal in practice?
Verification answered within 24 hours, then the provider's own processing time. Later withdrawals skip the verification step.
