Local currency deposit and withdrawal guide

CitobetPublished at Updated

You can hold your Citobet balance in your local currency and still use any payment method. This guide explains how the conversion works and where fees can appear.

Choose your account currency once

Your account currency is set when you register and is shown at the top of the cashier. Every deposit, bet and withdrawal is displayed in it. Changing it later is possible through support and converts the balance at the rate of that moment.

Depositing in local currency

Cards, bank transfer and e-wallets deposit directly in your currency where the method supports it. No conversion happens on our side.

Depositing with crypto into a local-currency account

The crypto amount is converted at the mid-market rate shown in the cashier at the time the deposit is confirmed. The rate is locked for 15 minutes from the moment you open the deposit screen.

Withdrawing

Withdrawals are paid in the currency of the method. Withdrawing crypto from a euro account converts at the rate shown before you confirm.

Avoiding double fees

Pay in the currency the method already uses: euro cards for euro accounts, crypto for crypto accounts. A card in another currency means your bank converts once and the card scheme may add a second fee.
